Route
The route runs from Niedernhall downstream along the river on Kochertalstrasse to Ernsbach. It then takes the cycle path through Forchtenberg and Weissbach and back to the finish in Niedernhall.
The highway code must be observed along the entire route! Public running event certified and approved by WLV/DLV.
Safety
For safety reasons, the use of walking poles and baby joggers is not permitted, nor may participants be accompanied by people on bicycles.
Timekeeping
Timekeeping is performed with a MikaTag. The transponder is located on the back of your race number and must not be bent, please also wear the race number on your chest.
Time limit
Finish line closes after 3:00 hours.

The age on 31 December of this year is used for age group assignment.

Participants must be at least 16 years old.
